The Big List of East Austin Condos & East Austin Lofts

East Austin has a lot of good options if you’re looking for a condo or a loft. East Austin condos or East Austin lofts are generally less expensive than the pricey downtown condos west of I35, and most have the modern architecture and finishes that are desired in an urban condo. Plus these condos are still a short distance to downtown and it’s possible to get around without a car living in these complexes. Some of these complexes have retail on the 1st floor, others are close to various desirable neighborhood spots. This article is intended to give you a brief overview of most of the condo complexes in East Austin. There are smaller complexes (some that are newly constructed duplex-condos) that are available as well.
